I’m reasonably sure many of us were (and probably still are) as confused as Nyna.
I figured out El was male last comic, but I’ll admit it took a few minutes

Still flat,square,and lost as everyone else is.
Between last comic and this one, Kaylin seems to be briefly caught by her memories, comparing old to new. She’s also having to mentally update how she sorts Elzy – from a cute androgynous child to an effeminate but still more male than she’d like guy type person. The fact he’s teasing/flirting doesn’t help him, and seems to annoy Yunn as well. I wonder if kaylin’s juniors already knew her preference for women from before? It could make Elzys teasing a little less offensive if it’s not meant to be serious.
In either case Yunn seems to have the rank/seniority to get Elzy back to business.
