This might have been a misunderstanding between Kaylin and Nyna from the start. Kaylin might’ve thought of it as just a fun play thing between them, with Nyna being more serious about the Master/pet dynamic. Or at least now Nyna is making her intentions more clear it is not just a joke/sex thing for her.
Yeah, could be that combined with Kaylin not really being that well-versed in the ways of such dominance games.

More the way Nyna is treating time out of the bedroom as being “pet time” too. That’s taking what is normally a scene and making it a lifestyle.
