This Kaala person better be pretty darn important, if not dangerous, because if she’s not, Kaytlin and Nyna have absolutely no reason to stick around and trust that Aiya hasn’t done something unpleasant with that food as a “prank.” She’s burned through just about all the trust her daughter has for her and treated it as harmless and unimportant. That’s not something you can fix with a happy “good bye breakfast.”
