He had no idea she was there already, he pushed it back so it would slow down the draining of his MP. Kaylin doesn’t have an issue “seeing” in that miasma. as it’s obscurement isnt that bad since the obscurement is a secondary effect, not the purpose. If anything it hid Kaylin more.

This! Only reason I can think of right now for maybe not killing him immediately is if you want to get some info out of him, which I think is possible. That may be why Kaylin just hit him instead of running him through with one of her swords.

I wonder what would happen in this “world” if an Adventurer’s player had an “Adam West Batman” onomatooeia SFX pack installed. Would their punches be BAPs, BIFFs and KAPOWs?

Yeah- I’m hoping most people noticed the extra sound effect and the breaking magical protection effects behind the punch effect but in front of his face.
