When you´re level 100, your “old stuff” can very well be in the 90s. Though there were never levels specified.

Nope! Too late, I have headcannoned that El’s slime suit is skin tight all the way down, like everyone else’s! (to an almost embarrassing degree) Clearly that’s just where his man parts hang- embarrassing that you drew it on the wrong side in that linked comic, I thought you were like, an artist or something.
